This Decree, composed of three articles, regulates the role and competences of the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL) within the Integrated System of Foreign Trade (SISCOMEX), in the operations of energy import and export. These provisions apply to both the Isolated System and the National Interconnected System (SIN).
