This Decree is composed of 33 articles and 3 Annexes. It implements Law No. 9.985 of 18 July 2000 regulating the National System of Nature Conservation Units. In particular, it regulates the Private Reserve of Natural Heritage (RPPN), namely the privately owned conservation units. The Decree defines its management requirements and restrictions.
