This Decree is composed of three articles. It amends articles no. 1-5 of Decree No. 3.520 on the National Council for Energy Policy (CNPE). It also extinguishes articles 2-A, 2-B, 2-C and 2-D. The amendments mainly deal with CNPE composition and internal structure.
