The Decree promulgates a complex Regulation dealing with the protection of plants (domestic or imported, and also their derivates as per Art. 2), their eventual quarantine following epidemics (see Chapters I-V), the process of disinfection (Chapter VI). Furthermore, it deals with the management of drugs to be used in plant protection, including processing, packaging, storage conditions, internal or external trade, use, registration (Chapters I-VI).
