This Decree, consisting of 4 articles, approves the Artisanal Fisheries Project within the State of São Paulo. This Project aims at enabling all artisanal fisher person within the State to diversify and increase their fish production, to strengthen and to modernize productive infrastructures, to promote competitivity and sustainability, through the financing of necessary fisheries inputs.
