This Decree lists officials of the Ministry with duty assignments and competence in veterinary and food sectors entitled to perform control and supervision in the sphere of ensuring quality control of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs authorizing them to draw reports on administrative offences in the aforesaid sphere.
