This Decree sets forth the rules of operation of gas-cleaning installations establishing environmental standards for construction, assemblage, adjustment, maintenance, technical overhaul, testing, putting in and out of operation thereof. It shall not be applicable to motor vehicles and industrial facilities that do not emit pollutants directly to the atmospheric air. It classifies gas-cleaning installations by type and mode of functioning and establishes mandatory registration thereof.
