This Decree prohibits fishermen who are not included in the Fishermen's Census to carry out fishing for purpose of sale of fish to third parties in the periods and part of the year for which, pursuant to provisions of the Sea Fisheries Act, a stop on commercial fishing with corresponding gear is in force. Fishing for own consumption is allowed, as well as some commercial fishing in specified circumstances by approval of the Directorate of Fisheries. (3 sections)
