This Decree concerns charges for the handling of applications made pursuant to the Act to regulate the participation in fishing of 1972 (sects. 2, 4, 6, and 8) and the Act regulating trawl fishing of 1951 (sect. 1). Charges shall be paid at the moment of application and shall consist of a handling charge calculated on the basis of a basic charge of thousand crowns. (5 sections)
