This Decree establishes the modalities of issuance of permits for capture of wild fauna species, including mammals, birds, reptiles, living in conditions of natural freedom, and also eggs and spawn thereof. Individual entrepreneur and legal persons that plan capture of wild fauna species must file application to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection in accordance with the form contained in the Annex 1.
