This Decree establishes the modalities of transfer of typical and (or) rare natural landscapes and biotopes under protection of the owners of land plots and (or) waterbodies, forms of certificates of the aforesaid landscapes and biotopes and conservation pledge agreement, and terms and conditions of the issuance thereof.
