This Decree approves the Statute of the National Institution for Artisanal Fisheries Development (IDPPE). It consists of 15 articles specifying duties and competencies of the aforementioned Institution created in order to improve artisanal fishing within national waters by the management and enhancement of artisanal fishing production.
