This Decree establishes the modalities of conduct of auditing of recycling of hazardous waste and packaging materials. Utilizer of hazardous waste shall elaborate report on recycling of hazardous waste and packaging materials and submit it to auditing authority. Auditor shall have the right to request additional information, related to recycling of hazardous waste, from commercial partners of the utilizer, which transactions with the utilizer are regulated by contractual arrangements.
