The Decree aims at the promotion of good quality production of potatoes destined for human consumption. The potato shall have all qualities traditionally required from a potato that is good trading product. Some of those qualities are listed in section 3. Section 4 prescribes allowed minimum sizes. Remaining provisions concern labelling and storage of potatoes. (12 sections)
