Amendments are made to various Regulations concerning animal diseases in order to implement in the Netherlands Council Directive 95/70/EC of 22 December 1995 introducing minimum Community measures for the control of certain diseases affecting bivalve molluscs. The Decree containing rules relative to protection against certain zoonoses and infectious animal diseases is amended so as to provide for notification of occurrence of diseases of live bivalve molluscs.
