Decree No. 66 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on planting material of fruit trees and berry-bearing plants.

This Decree establishes compliance criteria and the modalities of circulation related to planting material of fruit trees and berry-bearing plants. It shall be applicable exclusively to planting purposes. The aforesaid planting material shall be authorized for planting after certification by the State Plant Protection Service attesting compliance thereof with the established requirements.
