This Decree approves the Statute of the Maritime and Port Institution of Angola (IMPA). The Statute, consisting of 5 Chapters and 2 Tables, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Maritime and Port Institution, entitled to: implement, coordinate, direct, control, monitor, license and regulate any activity related to maritime and harbour sectors within the territory under Angolan jurisdiction.
