This Decree establishes hygienic requirements for location, organization, technology, operation, soil rehabilitation of solid domestic waste sites. Hygienic safety criteria shall be based upon maximum allowable concentration limit indices of chemicals and biological agents in the atmospheric air and surface waterbodies.
