Decree No. 7 of the State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy and Cartography on access to information on land rights.

This Decree establishes common form of certificate issued by local land survey services containing information on land plot and land rights thereto requested for notarized certification of the contracts for the alienation of constructions and edifices (immovable property). Information shall be supplied in the form of extract from state land cadastre register.
