Private companies that meet the requirements set out in article 1 of this Decree shall be liable to comply with obligations indicated in section 2 of the Act to provide for insurance of ecological damage. Certain activities that may comport ecological damage are excluded from the list of activities that such private associations may cover by insurance. Regional Environment Centres shall marginally control the activities of the companies. (4 articles)
