These Regulations aim to strengthen the safety supervision and management of the combine harvesters and drivers, ensure the safety of the people's life and property, and promote the development of agricultural production. The Regulations consist of 58 Articles divided into 7 Chapters: General provisions (I); Registration (II); Driver's license application and use (III); Operation safety(IV); Accident handling (V); Penalties (VI); Supplementary provisions (VII).
