Decree No. 728 of 1990 relative to buyers notes, landing bills and receipt records.

This Decree provides for certain administrative procedures to be completed at the supply of raw fish at landing stations for purposes of control of landing of fish at Norwegian ports. It requires the buyer of fish to sign a receipt note and papers as specified by law. Section 2 prescribes periods for which records shall be kept on board of vessels. (8 sections)
