Decree No. 73 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating the Regulation on classification livestock as pedigree for mandatory insurance purposes.

This Decree establishes that for purposes of mandatory insurance with public subsidies pedigree livestock and poultry shall be intended: (a) pedigree cattle – breeding bulls and cows recorded in herd book; (b) pedigree swine – sows and boars recorded in herd book; and (c) breeding poultry pertaining to legal persons performing pedigree breeding, registered and certified in accordance with acting legislation.
