Decree No. 73 of the Ministry of Public Health validating form sheets of permits and application for import, export and transit of potentially pathogenic and pathogenic GMO.

This Decree validates form sheets of permit for import of potentially pathogenic and pathogenic GMO (Annex 1); permit for export of potentially pathogenic and pathogenic GMO (Annex 2); permit for transit of potentially pathogenic and pathogenic GMO (Annex 3); and application for import (export, transit) of potentially pathogenic and pathogenic GMO (Annex 4).
