The scope of this Decree is to make provision for the control over slaughtering of reindeer in relation with the implementation of some provisions of the Reindeer Farming Agreement. Information regarding slaughtering of animals shall collected daily by the slaughterhouse and communicated to the competent reindeer agronomist (sect. 6). A monthly report shall be made to the Reindeer Chief of the District. Each reindeer owner shall be allocated an identification code. This Code shall be transferred
