Maximum one hundred and eleven vessels flying the flag of Norway shall have access to shrimp fishing in the territorial waters and inner waters of Svalbard. The total of vessels fishing for shrimp in these waters and the fisheries protection zones around Svalbard combined shall not exceed the number indicated above (sect. 1).
