This Decree establishes the modalities of registration of trees and round timber, the list of documentation certifying the aforesaid registration, and also individual personal consumption of trees and round timber. It also sets forth mandatory national standard applicable for measurement of round timber. State Forest Service shall be authorized state institution that shall perform supervisory function for the application of this Decree. Owner or legal holder of trees and round timber shall be re
