This Decree approves the Statutes of the Council Regulating Water Supply (CRA). It consists of 5 chapters divided into 22 articles establishing composition, competencies and duties of this Council, which is under the Ministry of "Public Works" and is responsible for guaranteeing a balanced control on the water supply sector.
