Decree No. 7.535 creating the National Programme for Water Use "Água para todos".

This Decree, consisting of 13 articles, creates the National Programme for Water Use "Água para todos". By the creation of this Programme, this Decree establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to access and use water resources in rural areas and agricultural lands for irrigation purposes, human consumption, and agricultural production.
