This Decree approves the Regulation on Environmental Impact Assessment. It consists of 19 articles and 1 annex establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform any activity relevant to the environmental sector. Fees for environmental licensing are prescribed in article 17. The annex lists activities needing an environmental impact assessment study.
