Activities falling under this Decree may be carried out only if authorized. Requirements for authorization are also specified. In particular, conditions for keeping are shown in Annex 1, and Annex 2 determines professional requisites of the keeper. This Decree also deals with the marking of protected animals. Authorizations shall be issued by the territorially competent nature protection authority or, in certain cases, by the Ministry.
