This Decree amends Decree No. 7.775 regulating the Programme for Food Acquisition (PAA). Amended articles deal with the following matters: definition of beneficiaries as individuals in a situation of food and nutritional insecurity and those served by social assistance network, by food service equipment, by other food and nutrition supply agency, funded by the Government; Art. 8 establishes that shall be permitted to purchase and donate seeds, seedlings and propagating materials for animal feed
