This Decree, consisting of 11 articles, regulates the National Programme Support for rainwater harvesting and other Social Technologies related to Water Access - Cisterns Programme. This Programme aims at promoting the autonomous and sustainable access to water resources for human consumption and production of foodstuff to low-income households settled in rural areas who suffered from drought or lack of or normal water supply.
