This Decree, consisting of 7 articles and 3 Annexes, transfers the specialised centres of the institutions for the Biodiversity Conservation and the Renewable Natural Resources IBAMA to the Institution "Chico Mendes". In particular, it applies for fish and other aquatic animal management and conservation centres. Annexes specify the transfer from composition, duties and competencies of IBAMA to Chico Mendes.
