This Decree amends Annex I of Decree No. 6.812 on the structure and functions of the National Institute for Colonization and Agrarian Reform – INCRA. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings and in particular to administrative measures and operational activities to be carried out according to the determination of the Ministry of Agrarian Development (NR).
