This Decree regulates receipt, storage and processing of imported grain and non-cereal raw materials with a view of prevention of spreading of quarantine organisms. State phytosanitary control of imported grain and non-cereal raw materials shall be performed by state phytosanitary inspectors at border crossing points. In case of identification of quarantine organisms shall be taken the decision of the return of the whole cargo to the exporting country.
