This Decree, consisting of 4 Chapters, redifines the purposes, powers and organs of the National Institute of Tourism (INATUR). This National Institute is a legal entity of public law, supervised by the Ministry of Tourism with the purpose of ensuring the promotion and coordination of tourism-related initiatives, encouraging related activities or contributing to their valorisation and promoting national tourism products.
