This Decree entitles the officials of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food performing supervision of compliance with technical requirements related to operation of land reclamation systems and agricultural waterworks with the authority of drafting administrative reports on offences. It contains form sheets of administrative reports and of the register of identified offences.
