This Decree validates Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On plots of land that can be conceded in lease on the condition of sharing the products of subsoil (The Kovyktin gas condensate well)". This Federal Law is forwarded to the Council of the Federation (Upper Chamber) of the Federal Assembly (Parliament) of the Russian Federation for ratification.
