Decree No. 883 relative to protection zones for lobster.

This Decree aims at the protection of lobsters by prohibiting any fishing with other gear than handheld line, fishing rod and other specified artisanal fishing methods in geographic areas as specified in this Decree. Contravention of this rule shall be punished in accordance with section 53 of the Act relating to sea-water fisheries.
