Decree No. 92 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on calculation of the amount of sugar beet to be supplied to sugar processing enterprises.

This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation for the national producers of sugar beet the amount of sugar beet to be supplied to sugar processing enterprises for the purpose of meeting quota for manufacturing of sugar. Sugar processing enterprises shall set annual sugar beet supply quotas by 10 March of the current year. The established quota shall be the basis for concluding sugar beet supply contract between producers of sugar beet and sugar processing enterprises.
