Decree No. 92/1999/ND-CP on sanctions against administrative violations in the maritime field.

This Decree defines the sanctions for offences in relation with sea-going activities. "Administrative violations in the maritime field" include: violations relating to activities of vessels in the maritime zones, violations relating to maritime search and rescue, violations of "seaport exploitation activities". Rules that shall be observed range from calling at ports, pilotage, docking, etc, to environmental protection.
