Decree No. 93 of 1998 relative to egg-white products made under the Commodities Act.

This Decree specifies quality standards for egg-white products made of grain, soya or the hyphea of mould. It is forbidden to trade or place on the market products that do not meet the standards specified. Standards concern the Protein Efficiency Ratio and values of lysino-alanine. Since the Decree is not based on EC legislation it has been notified to the EC Commission in accordance with EC Council Directive 83/119/EC.
