Decree No. 935 of 2006 to regulate fishing for argentines in the North of 62 ° N by vessels with a licence to fish argentines.

This Decree prohibits Norwegian fishing vessels to fish for argentines in 2006. However, vessels having a a permit to use trawls in fishing for argentines may fish in a specified period up to a periodic quota of 2.000 tons. Those vessels that are not granted to fishing for argentines are allowed a bycatch of 20 percent in single catches and landed argentines.
