This Decree prohibits any fishing for or landing of bluefin tuna by Norwegian vessels in 2006. Exempted from this prohibition is the fishing of 100 tons of bluefin tune to be caught in the inner waters, territorial sea or EEZ of Norway in accordance with conditions set out in this Decree.
