This Decree establishes that the Ministry of Sport and Tourism shall be national governmental body subordinated to the Council of Ministers coordinating activity in the sphere of sport and tourism and implementing state policy in the aforesaid sphere. Department of tourism subordinated to the Ministry shall performs the following activities: (a) state support of tourism; (b) formation and implementation of state policy in the sphere of tourism; and (c) promotion of international tourism.
