This Ministerial Decree establishes compulsory requirements for subjects performing pedigree stockbreeding activity, including registration of pedigree stock, marking of pedigree herd, evaluation of pedigree stock productivity, feeding of pedigree stock so as to ensure development of genetic potential thereof and compliance with veterinary and sanitary requirements. It shall be applicable to legal persons.
