State Duma expresses its deep concern about the state of affairs in the fishing industry of the Russian Federation. State Duma decrees to recommend to the President of the Russian Federation to set up within the structure of the Federal Executive Bodies an autonomous special authorized Federal Executive Body with the competence in the sphere of fisheries and protection of aquatic biodiversity of the Russian Federation – the Fisheries Ministry. This Decree must be forwarded to the President and t
