Decree on the permanent cessation of fishing vessels registered in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

This Decree implements measures for the permanent cessation of fishing activities carried out by fishing vessels of up to 12 metres in length and registered in the Maritime Department of Friuli Venezia Giulia. This Decree is adopted pursuant to articles 21 and 23 of Regulation (EC) No. 1198/2006 on the European Fisheries Fund, which provide for public aid for permanent cessation of fishing activities.
