This Decree of the President of the Council, consisting of 4 articles, divided into 11 Parts and 37 Annexes, approves the «Management plan of the Hydrographical basin of the hydrographical district of the Central Appennini area». It regulates superficial and underground waters courses, establishing the requirements to be met in order to exploit the above mentioned river basin areas.
